We are organizing our International HALAL FOOD 2009 TURKEY Conference during the days of 25 to 26th April in İstanbul, as we mentioned to you in our Bangkok contact at October 2008. In this conference, the specialists of this subject from several countries like Unites States, European countries, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, South Africa, Canada, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia and Turkey will present their papers. The programme and the list of the lecturers are attached.

We also plan to open a trade fair and exhibition regarding Halal Certified Products in scope of this Conference. This is very important for our country that is being the first trade fair and exhibition of Halal Products. We are waiting you to participitate in this activity with your Halal certified products. This conference is ordered especially for professional people and academicians of food and cosmetic industries, delegates of governments, exporters, importers, manufacturers and consumers. Assalmu alaykumDear My Esteemed Friends, We will be organizing The Second International Halal Food 2009 Turkey Conference during 25-26th April, 2009 in Istanbul. We also aim to open a trade fair and exhibition in scope of our conference between 24-26 of April, 2009 at the same place. We want to call your members to our conference which we believe that it is very important and helpful for all participants. The participation fee is 200 USD or 150 Euro, and includes;

1. Welcome at the Istanbul Atatürk Airport and transport to the hotels
2. Transportation between hotels and Conference Hall (vice versa) during the whole event period
3. Lunch at the conference center
4. Istanbul side seeing city tour
5. Take back to Istanbul Atatürk Airport from Hotels at the end of the event

 We offer to make your hotel reservations at the hotels listed below for the convenience of the transportations:

1-The Exhibition opens with the opening ceremony at 2 PM, April 24th and closes at 8 PM, April 26th. 

2-Exhibition areas for each participant is 2x1 mt and in each area electrical outlets, wireless internet, one table and two chairs will be available.

3-During the Conference for each participant, lunch and dinner is available only for one person.

4-Each participant should inform us for the exhibition via e-mail or fax.

5-All products either food or cosmetics exhibited in this Exhibition must be halal certified

6-Halal logos must be viewable on the products exhibited in this Exhibition.

7-Advertising videos and brochures for the visitors will be allowed.

8-Trade talks during the Exhibition will be allowed in the special room.

9-Latest registration is until  April 15.2009
